The corn spring rolls were pretty bland. I basically just used them as a vehicle for the awesome plum sauce! I also ordered the pad see euw but was disappointed by the Asian broccoli that was in it. Regular broccoli would have been much better. There also wasn't as much sauce as I would have liked.

Not sure how this place was rated 5 stars. I was actually warned to stay away by my old roommate, but i moved and my go to Wondee Siam II won't deliver here. Given the other great reviews thought I would go against my previous reliable advice and try some pad thai. Horrendous and inedible.

My food arrived and before I removed the containers from the bag, I could smell that it wasn't right. I ordered tom yum soup and it was horrible. It tasted like salted water. The mussels seemed to have been cooked in the same pot. I dumped both. Only good thing was delivery time was quoted as 60-75 minutes, but arrived in 30.

I usually love Room Service. However, when I ordered delivery today I the tuna tartar appetizer portion was just half the size as the one you get when you dine at the restaurant and the dumplings were stale. Probably won't order take out again but rather go and eat at the restaurant.

Room Service has consistently served us GREAT meals. They are fast and courteous. I have an allergy and they always honor my requests. The Bangkok Pad Thai is amazing and also get the curry puffs..they never disappoint!

Delicious food but a little expensive for Thai. The fried rice and curry are both very good but the red curry is not spicy enough for my taste. Quick delivery but somewhat small portions.

LOVE love love the papaya salad and all the curries. You can also get your dish steamed, with sauce on side, and brown rice! Yum yum yum!

Do not order. This is my FAVORITE restaurant to dine-in in Hell's Kitchen, but my LEAST favorite to order from. 50/50 they'll get the order wrong which is sad since it's coming in electronically.

They have the best lunch specials. The food in the restaurant and delivered are the same quality. I love the fact that you get two courses for the best price is wonderful. Sometimes the delivery guy tries to make us go to the lobby or to the street to grab our snacks, but we encourage them to come on up!

Their food is amazing! The wait time is generally half hour or so, but definitely worth it. I've tried the corn spring rolls which are phenomenol and the pad thai. The portion sizes are decent to huge and worth it for the price, especially in Manhattan.

the food is good but i would not order the calamari as it was cold and hard when it arrived. much better for dine in...they forgot to bring one drink as well

I ordered food to be delivered at 7:30 and they delivered at 6:45. My secretary went to pick up the order and they would give it to her, I was in a meeting until 7:15. They then proceeded to deliver my food from 6:45 at 8pm. Great.

The food was horrible - not very well prepared, they didn't deliver a lot of things we had ordered on the side. When we called them, they didn't really want to pay attention and kept asking if we got our food delivered - how would i know what did not get delivered unless i was looking at the food they sent.

appetizers arrived cold- chicken satay in particular. Brown was extremely aldente PAD THAI was Pretty good with a generous amount of shrimp The chicken-shrimp dumplings were tasteless and dry

EEK. tread carefully... my lunch special arrived without the brown rice i ordered. but at least all the sauce spilled out of the container, completely soaking through the bag and the napkins and rendering the white rice at least sort of brown-ish...

This was my favorite thai place down in Chelsea, and I couldn't be more pleased that they're now up here in HK! Really great food- I think a cut above the other 327 thai places within 6 blocks- and no more expensive. In fact, they're a little cheaper than some. Delivery took maybe half an hour on a 40-60minute quote. I think this is my new thai go-to.

Hands down, my favorite Thai joint in NYC - and I've tried plenty! Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen location are equally amazing, worth dining in when you can. Best dishes are the LARB, HONEY GLAZED RIBS, and PAD SEE EW. Yummo! Delivery is almost always fast, but sometimes slower during the dinner rush.

Ordered food online but it never arrived !! After 1 hour, called the restaurant and they said they would waive the charges and deliver the order. However the food never ever arrived !! The system made me rate the food even though it remained in cyberspace. Now having to chase up on getting a refund for the charges on my debit card.

I love me some Room Service! This was my first time ordering out from there and I was very happy for the most part. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai and Coconut Calamari and the Corn Spring Rolls. The Pad Thai was good with lots of shrimp...this isn't my favorite Pad Thai in the city, but it was satisying. The Coconut Calamari is a must. The sauce it comes with is the real prize winner and I seem to recall it tasting better in the restaurant so maybe it's one to order for the table and not to go. The Corn Spring Rolls were OK. I'd never had them before, but decided to order them because there were rated a "top ordered" item, but I would not order them again. The food was delievered in 15 minutes flat and overall a good experience from one of the neverending stream of Thai restaurants on 9th Ave.

Gave me chicken instead of shrimp with Pad Thai (grrr!) but it still was good. So were glass noodles.

The worst pad thai I've ever eaten. In fact it was so bad, I couldn't even finish it. I ordered the pad thai with beef and the dish was so DRY and it had no flavor. I don't think they added salt to the dish. The noodles were all stuck together like a brick.

It took an hour and 20mins to get my food when it was supposed to be delivered in 45 mins at about 2-3pm on a saturday. However food was hot and tasty and decent portion for the prices.
